Friends

To be a Friend of Holy Trinity is to be part of a community of people who love and care about this fascinating building and its fellowship. We link together those who want to show their support by joining in events and directly giving through subscriptions, donations and legacies.

Membership includes:

  • Regular newsletters with leading articles on the fascinating social history of the Church and its place in Windsor:

  • Preferential rates for Concerts:

  • Priority seating at Carols by Candlelight, the most popular Windsor carol service:

  • Specialist tours of the Church and the Cavalry Museum at Combermere Barracks:

  • Annual Friends Reception.

Holy Trinity is unique in the UK. It serves the military in two barracks and also the local community in its own parish stretching down to the banks of the Thames and the Castle.

However, the Church receives no money from the Crown, the Army, the Regiments, the Division, the Government or from the Church Of England. It has to be entirely self supporting.

The Friends help fund important projects in the Church, and rely entirely on subscriptions, donations, bequests and events to fulfil our objectives. The scale of the projects we support depends on a continuous response by the Friends - we must find new members to support this work.
